General Provisions:

Regulations define the rules for the procurement and sale of goods by deemflywear.com.
Placing an order is tantamount to acceptance of the provisions of the Rules of the Parties.

Orders placed on Saturdays, Sundays, and public holidays will be processed on the first morning, the next day's work.
In the case of non-standard orders shop reserves the right to further verify the order via the Internet or by telephone.

Cancellation order:

To maintain the highest quality of service, we focus on each order as if we would do it for ourselves, so after finalizing the order, the cancellation of the order will be charged with a 50% handling fee.  It is related to the costs of graphic designers, office and preparation of the order for production.

Goods for shipment is properly packed and protected. The standard package is sealed, taped with our company logo.
The buyer is obliged to check the status of the shipment and its contents in the presence of the shipper. In the case of transport of the damage is required to carry acts of care required by the Act of 15.11.1984 r. - Transport Law / Acts. Laws of 1995., No. 119, as amended poz.575. d. / for the sake of the carrier's liability, in particular, cause the protocol to determine the carrier status of the consignment and the circumstances of the loss. Receipt of the parcel from the courier company must be confirmed by a written receipt.

Final provisions:

Buyer is obliged to take delivery and settlement for the ordered goods to the form of payment. The buyer may refuse to take delivery only if it is determined during the receipt of package damage.

In matters not regulated, the provisions of the Civil Code and the Act of March 2, 2000. The protection of consumer rights unattended and liability for damage caused by dangerous products (Dz. U. 2000. No. 22 pos. 271).
Jurisdiction for any disputes arising from the contract of sale is the court competent for the defendant.




Deem Flywear gives you warranty for the material and stitching for 12 months. If the products are manufacturing errors we will repair the suit for free. You pay for quality and comfort so one adjustment you have for free without any questions.  We are gonna ask you to follow the return steps necessary to fit your suit according to your needs. The “Warranty” does not include repairs of failures, fading colors caused by accident, caleless treatment, wearing away or misuse.

The problem must be reported by email not less than 30 days after receiving the suit. Deem Flywear does not give warranty for damages casued during delivery . The warranty does not include stains and burns. But we are glad to help you out fix your suit if there is such a need. We're gonna inform you about possible costs after settling all the details.

The customer covers the costs of warranty delivery to Deem Flywear. If necessary, we recommend couriers. Deem Flywear is not responsible for lost shipments during delivery. Deem flywear covers the costs of the guarantee delivered to the customer.

Customs and Taxes are collected in the customer's country. The amount of this fee depends on the country where the customer picks up the package. Please note that this varies with local government laws and regulations.
