1. Shipping Methods

Upon receiving payment, packages are typically sent out within 6 weeks using FEDEX, complete with tracking information and no need for a signature upon delivery. If you prefer UPS Extra, which requires a signature, additional charges will apply; please contact us beforehand if you would like to select this option. Regardless of your shipping choice, we will provide a link for online package tracking.

Shipping costs consist of handling, packing, and postage fees. While handling fees remain constant, transportation fees depend on the overall weight of the shipment. To save on shipping costs, we recommend consolidating your items into a single order. Unfortunately, we cannot combine separate orders, and shipping fees will be charged for each. Though packages are shipped at your own risk, we take special precautions to ensure the safety of fragile items.

2. Processing Time

Orders typically take 6 weeks to process before they are shipped. During high-demand periods, processing times may be slightly longer. We will notify you via email once your order has been shipped.

3. Shipping Charges

Shipping charges are calculated based on the selected shipping method, destination, and order weight. The applicable shipping fees will be displayed during checkout. Please note that additional charges such as customs duties, taxes, or import fees may apply depending on your location and the destination country.

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing a tracking number. This tracking number will allow you to monitor the progress of your package as it makes its way to you.

The estimated delivery time depends on the shipping method you choose and your location. Please note that unforeseen circumstances, such as customs delays or extreme weather conditions, may impact delivery times.

6. Order Changes and Address Corrections

To ensure accurate and timely delivery, please review your shipping address carefully before completing your order. If you need to make any changes or corrections after placing your order, please contact our customer support as soon as possible. We will do our best to assist you, but please note that we cannot guarantee address changes once an order has been shipped.

You can track the status of your order by entering the provided tracking number on our website or the carrier's website. Please allow a few hours for the tracking information to be updated after receiving the confirmation email.

8. Lost or Damaged Items

If your order is lost or arrives damaged, please contact us immediately. We will work with the shipping carrier to resolve the issue and ensure you receive a satisfactory resolution.

9. International Shipping

For international orders, please be aware that customs regulations, duties, taxes, and import fees may apply. These fees are the responsibility of the recipient and are not included in the shipping charges.
